Safety
Fire rated downlights play a crucial role in fire safety, sealing off the hole cut into the ceiling during installation. DaxLite is a recognised brand in the manufacture of fire rated downlighters and the DaxPRO has been tested by a UKAS accredited fire laboratory for 30, 60 and 90 minutes in a full furnace.
Itβs IC rated, meaning that it can be covered with insulation material, if necessary, without fear of overheating. The DaxPRO is also IP65 rated, making it an ideal lighting solution for bathrooms and wet-rooms, and can be mounted
directly above a shower.

Easy installation
Incorporating an innovative flexi-driver, the DaxPRO can be flexed to reposition around objects, making it easy to install into a shallow ceiling void β it can accommodate minimum void spaces of 65mm.
When fitting the product in its standard orientation (driver not flexed over), the flexi-driver also has the added benefit of protecting the life of the driver. It also has a 20A four terminal fast-fix connector and heavy duty spring clips with insulated covers for ease of installation.
