Fast growing lighting specialists Phoebe LED has expanded its popular Melana family of energy efficient, integrated bulkheads to provide an even bigger choice of solutions for a wide variety of applications.
New luminaires in the portfolio include the 10.5W Oval that is IP66 rated with an impact rating of IK10, making it ideal for harsh weather environments and the perfect choice for areas requiring a robust, corrosion resistant fitting. Oval is available in two versions, either with or without an eyelid cover, with both variants available in 4000K cool white colour temperature to provide instant full illumination with a 30,000 hour lifespan.
The existing Melana Round 4000K cool white bulkhead is now available in a 3000K warm white colour temperature and a choice of black or white finish with eyelid covers to complement the unit. The fitting is IP66 and IK10 rated and available in three options, a microwave sensor, 3 hour emergency or combined microwave sensor with 3 hour emergency. The microwave sensor version has a range of 5m β 7m, 140 degree detection angle and 30 second hold time, dimming to 10 percent when there is no movement detected. The emergency version has a charging time of 2 hours with a running time of 3 hours at 20 percent light output. Melana Round has a life span of 35,000 hours and is ideal for harsh, damp environments.
Other products in the range include the 18W Melana Slim integrated round bulkhead and the 18W Melana Select for surface mounting with selectable colour temperature and options of sensor or 3 hour emergency module. Both IP54 rated products are manufactured using tough polycarbonate for long lasting good looks and have been designed for use in internal installations where damp conditions are a problem, such as bathrooms.
