We’re back with another #caughtoncamera ! This one was sent in by Andrew Kelly “A client recently had another firm in and left the lighting like this: CPC cut out, downlights wired in 2.5mm T&E, and that 2.5mm at the bottom just loops round and is the same 1m of T&E you see in the top right of the picture. Very peculiar!”
Check out this shocking #caughtoncamera sent over by Richard Powell “I was recently asked to put a certificate on a property that is being let out by a letting agency. What I discovered amongst other things, amazed me…. on top of this there was a shower switch jammed into a 25 mm patterns, extension lead mounted on the wall in the bathroom and a spur in 2.5mm straight out of the cooker control unit. There was also an old label on the board from the gas board deeming it at risk. Despite all this, the agency appear to think all is fine!!”
