Within four hours we had the DNO there with the construction company digging up the road. The DC service head was from the 1930s, had holes all over the lead sheaving and had been arcing. The inside was just as bad. Bonding of water pipes from a slit in cooker circuit exposing CPC. Light switches were wired in crumbling brittle VIR.” 😱
