We’re back with another #caughtoncamera ! This one was sent in by Giedrius Tomkevicius “We recently uncovered a groundworker’s attempt “to do electrics”. It was undertaken a couple of years ago, but as no test were carried out and everything was working, they were happy. In the photos you can see a joint for the security hut supply. 3 phase 4 core 16mm joint to 3 core 4mm and only reference to earth would be the joint to cut off SWA single core as “live” SWA was not glanded off. However, the whole shambles was wrapped in rubble bag and buried in concrete.. No wonder we couldn’t get any Zs readings!”
