Check out this #caughtoncamera sent over by Youngs Electrical (SouthWest): “Found the fault!😂”

Richard Tomlinson sent us in this #caughtoncamera – “We’ve been having an internal debate as to which category would you put these two items down as on an EICR. They are both in different locked sheds, and nobody can gain access except tradesmen working on the property. The property is also empty with nobody living there. So on the certificate would it warrant a C1 or C2? And, if they never got repaired, would that be breaching Health & Safety law?”
