Stuart Saunders: “This is a so called extension to the neutral conductor at a socket they have used earth wire from a twin and earth cable which is smaller as we know and to top it all they used 5 amp strip connectors the other one just fell off. I got end to end on the line and cpc but funnily enough not on the neutral.”
Gerald Padfield: “Called out at 8pm to a report of a burning smell and loss of power. The unit had been installed 4 years ago. Obviously the installer hadn’t check the factory connections.“
