PAUL SKINNER (VIA FACEBOOK): Found this newly installed distribution board. All looks ok at first, but if you look closer you can see the main live and neutral are reversed. Did the installer do any testing? I think not!
OSMAN HASAN OSMAN (VIA FACEBOOK): Found this at a nightclub in Buckinghamshire (which is a nightclub no more). Obviously as dim as the dimmers installed!
