Check out this Caught on Camera sent in by Pete- “…plug-top that someone had wired to a 8-Gang trailing socket… It was plugged into a regular socket outlet, as the RCD protected socket below it tripped, (rightly so), every time anything was plugged into the trailer!”

Today’s Caught on Camera was sent over by Wayne- “Found this in a loft space trying to find a no continuity fault on the ring main. This is where the ‘electrician’ has spurred off for the boiler! Same installation contained about 30 spotlights all with the cpc cut out”

This Caught on Camera was sent in by Andrew Craig “… a fuse carrier I found on a recent call out where the customer had complained of her sockets not working, found that the termination must have been slack for ages.  After pointing it out she said a while back she had smelt something funny but never bothered to investigate – Board was covered by coats etc , A very near miss”
