“We had a call out today In Acocks Green, Birmingham regarding no power to a property that had been struck by lightning, it had been struck twice, 1 at the front of the house which stuck the lead flashing on the window and blew a hole through the window into the bedroom and the 2nd was at the rear of the property making its way out of the fireplace, luckily nobody was injured, we carried out an inspection and safely got the power reinstated, unfortunately there was a few appliances and electrical equipment that got damaged from the surge….” |  Sent in by Dan from D Clarke Electrical
