Andersen boosts EV infrastructure at JLR Experience Centre

Andersen, Britain’s premium home charging brand, has installed a dozen A2 charge points at the Land Rover Experience Centre at Eastnor Castle in Herefordshire.

As part of its ongoing collaboration as Jaguar Land Rover’s recommended home charging partner, Andersen has supported JLR’s growing fleet of plug-in Defender, Discovery and Range Rover demonstrator vehicles at Eastnor Castle.

Installation of the 12 charge points at Eastnor was carried out by Andersen’s in-house team, which recently attained Which? Trusted Trader status – independent confirmation that a trader has attained the highest standards.

“There are very obvious synergies between our two businesses,” explains David Martell, CEO of Andersen EV. “We share a passion for advanced EV technologies, and we both focus on high-quality design without compromising on functionality. We are pleased to enhance the charging capabilities at Eastnor and support JLR’s transition to electrification.”

In May Andersen launched the A3, a designer EV charge point that is offered with more than 240 colour and finish options – the widest choice on the market – in addition to a fully bespoke colour selection service. The A3 also provides a host of technological advances that further simplify charging at home, and, alongside its A2 sibling, it is the only charge point with a cable that is fully hidden when not in use.

Andersen products come with a 7-year warranty, the longest available with any home charge point, covering the charger and all ancillary parts. The A3 is equipped with an intuitive LED status indication, as well as a presence sensor, a convenience light located on the underside of the unit, and theatre lighting activated when lifting the lid to highlight the cable location and Andersen EV branding.
