LED lighting specialist Aurora Lighting is strengthening its after-sales customer service with the introduction of a new, extended on-site warranty.
For products purchased from the 1st June 2023, a significant number of Aurora’s solutions will be sold with a 5-year warranty; 3 years of which will be covered by a registered on-site warranty. This impressive after-sales support not only offers contractors and end users peace of mind, it demonstrates the confidence Aurora has in its solutions to deliver quality and reliability.
Aurora Lighting has committed to a stringent testing and compliance process across all of its product development and manufacturing. Rigorous testing is also in place by Aurora’s in-house quality assurance team.
The extended on-site warranty is available on a number of commercial and industrial product solutions. In the unlikely event that a client needs to make a claim, Aurora will replace, repair or rectify products which are deemed to be defective due to a material or manufacturing fault. The contractor or end-user has 3 months from the date of purchase to register the solution and enact the warranty. The form for the on-site warranty registration is available on the Aurora website.
