Testers trial the latest Bosch tools and then keep them, free of charge.
Following the successful campaign in 2016, Bosch Professional announces it will run #builtwithBosch throughout 2017.
The #builtwithBosch campaign calls for professional tradespeople to apply to become official testers and then trial the latest power tools and technology over a six-week period. In return Bosch asks them to post short film clips to Facebook and/or YouTube showing their reaction to the tools, introducing their features and recording their experience of the tools in use. It provides a great opportunity for tradespeople to have their say on the tools.
“Following the success of the campaign last year where we had over 1,500 applicants to become testers, we’ve decided to extend and build on #builtwithBosch throughout 2017.”
Bosch will continue to listen to the opinions of their testers and will build on its 2016 success, by also including its latest measuring tools during the 2017 campaign.
“Following the success of the campaign last year where we had over 1,500 applicants to become testers, we’ve decided to extend and build on #builtwithBosch throughout 2017,” explained Steve Hillier, Marketing Director, Bosch Power Tools. “It’s a great way for us to get real life feedback from trade professionals, and it also generates some social media fun, whilst providing genuine and practical product reviews for tradespeople.”
One of the first tools on trial will be the latest GSB 18 V-60C Professional Connected Combi. The connected technology allows users to connect their tools to an app which reports on the tool’s status, and receives feedback about how the tool is being used, and where users can also adjust tool settings such as kickback controls and the precision clutch. This connected technology enables trade professionals to work in the most efficient and smart way possible, saving valuable time on each job.
