Citroën has scooped two prestigious LCV accolades in the Company Car and Van Awards 2021. The multi-award winning Citroën Berlingo Van has been named ‘Small Van of the Year’, while the Citroën Dispatch took the much-coveted ‘Medium Van of the Year’ prize.
This is the third consecutive win for Citroën Berlingo in the Company Car and Van Awards, having previously taken home the ‘Small Van of the Year’ trophy in 2019 and again in 2020. This recognition from Company Car and Van magazine continues an impressive run of form for Berlingo Van and for the Citroën LCV range as a whole.
Citroën Berlingo Van impressed the Company Car and Van judges with its range of efficient engines, its practical design and its impressive loading capacity. With up to 1,000kg maximum payload and load volume of up to 4.4m3, Citroën Berlingo Van is ideal for those businesses looking for an economical and practical work companion.
Available in ‘X’, ‘Enterprise’ and ‘Driver’ trim and with a choice of lengths (XS, M and XL), Citroën Dispatch suits a range of business needs, with a maximum load volume of 6.6m3 and a payload of up to 1,469kg.
The Company Car and Van team was impressed by the Dispatch van’s ‘classy cabin’, practical storage facilities and array of user-friendly connected technology to enhance the operator experience, with a drive that feels as fresh as when the model first launched in 2016.
Citroën’s ë-Dispatch van has recently been named ‘International Van of the Year’ 2021. Citroën ë-Dispatch is the first LCV model in the Citroën range to offer 100% electric versions. All of the models in the LCV range will feature fully electrified versions by the end of this year. The 100% electric new Citroën ë-Dispatch van is available with either a 50kWh or a 75kWh battery, and a 100kW (136hp) electric motor. It is capable of travelling up to 205 miles on a single charge.
