The Electrotechnical Skills Partnership (TESP) has revealed a completely new and updated design for its website to profile the wide-ranging work it carries out on behalf of the industry.

Since being established TESP, a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, has delivered multiple projects and initiatives aimed at promotingΒ sector careers and progression, building a picture of future skills needs, and upholding and improving industry standards.

Alongside the development of industry approved training routes, sector Labour Market Intelligence and the Electrical Careers website, TESP has also worked with industry to launch the Experienced Worker Assessment, aimed at upskilling electrotechnical workers, and the Rogue Trainers campaign which provides advice onto the correct routes into the industry and what to avoid.

In addition, TESP works closely with Government and provides input into many IfATE (Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education) and Department for Education projects, to provide a useful employer and sector voice and assist with policy development.

The website presents information on all this work and provides various ways for industry to get involved.
