This hands-on workshop, entitled ‘Using Today’s Numbers to Build a Profitable Financial Future’ will be taking place at the Lutron Experience Centre in London Tuesday 17th October and will provide attendees with actionable insights and tools to make informed financial decisions.
In today’s rapidly evolving financial landscape, understanding and effectively managing your financial resources is crucial for building a secure and profitable future. This training course is targeted at self-employed individuals who are looking to start a business, business owners with 1-10 employees and are looking for growth, and electrical contractor businesses that are looking to branch off into the smart home.
The workshop will challenge participants to collaboratively build an operational, financial, and marketing plan for a fictitious company with a made-up budget. It will look at financial foundations, data-driven decision making, goal setting and strategy, and interactive case studies. The aim will be to teach attendees the skills required to use elements of CEDIA’s Business Toolkit.
