Marshall-Tufflex relocates to Watford

Marshall-Tufflex, along with sister brand Bendex, has relocated its London distribution and collection branch from Walthamstow to Watford.

The move is part of an ongoing focus on customer service. Customers were experiencing increasing traffic restrictions, as well as difficulties accessing the branch.

It is hoped that, in moving to the new Watford location, these problems will be reduced.

The already-established same-day collection service, which provides customers with a two-hour turnaround on product orders, will continue to be available at the Watford branch.

Orders can also be collected from current collection points in Manchester, and next-day from the Hastings depot.

Jeremy Dodge, Head of Customer and Technical Services at Marshall-Tufflex, commented: β€œThe new branch in Watford demonstrates our continued commitment to offering more choice and better product availability for our customers.

β€œThis purpose-built logistics centre is perfectly positioned with fantastic transport links to the M25 and M1.”
