NAPIT EXPO plays host to industry experts IET and CITB.
NAPIT EXPO… On The Road 2016 is just around the corner and will once again be touring England and Wales bringing expert technical advice to 10 locations across the country starting with Worchester on Wednesday 7 September. Reaching as many installers as possible, the roadshow is taking place between September and December and promises to bring an even better standard of technical advice than last year with the announcement of two major industry experts now confirmed, The IET and CITB.
The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) will be attending EXPO’s in Derby, Chelmsford and Cobham and will be assisting with NAPIT’s IET 18th Edition workshop, offering an expert insight into the introduction of the 18th Edition of the Wiring Regulations and its potential impact on installers. The workshop will be exploring the history of the Wiring Regulations since they were first introduced, and how the development process works.
The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), also joining NAPIT EXPO, is a social enterprise who’s support and funding helps companies recruit the best talent for their sector, improve skills, increase their competitiveness and respond to challenges. CITB will be attending EXPO’s in Worchester, Wakefield, Durham, Derby, Chelmsford and Southampton.
As well as the IET and CITB, EXPO will host many other supporting partners offering their products and services beneficial to installers. Big name industry manufactures Schneider and Scolmore will be at every EXPO as well as the vast array of NAPIT’s own white label partners including, Insurance, Training, Direct and the newly launched NAPIT Drive for vehicle hire.
