Panasonic improves the user experience for its heating and cooling website

Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions has updated its website to improve the user experience with clear and easy navigation. The redesign makes it much simpler for professionals and consumers to find relevant information quickly and easily about Panasonic’s comprehensive product range.

“The launch of our updated website allows users to find the information they need quickly and easily. They can effortlessly access our extensive library of product information and technical support,” noted Jose Alves, UK and Ireland Country Manager. “It will help visitors find the solutions best suited to their projects thanks to the different pathways for professionals and consumers.”

Visitors to the new and improved can also take advantage of the new ‘Compare Solutions’ tab, where up to four different products can be selected to view at-a-glance. This useful tab is available when viewing any of Panasonic’s Air-to-Water, Air-to-Air, VRF, Chiller, or Refrigeration ranges. It is a quick and easy way to compare products, giving installers, HVAC-R professionals, and specifiers clear information to easily evaluate the benefits and specifications of different options. Once the ideal products are discovered, users can create tailored specification sheets for individual products or groups of complementary products at the simple click of a mouse.

Customers can also sign up to Panasonic PRO Club to receive access to special promotions, news, and stay informed of the latest developments. Registered users will also be able to access news regarding special promotions and take advantage of these offers, as well as obtain helpful business advice such as ideas and guidelines for showroom decoration. In addition to this, there is also a library featuring Panasonic logos and display material. Members can also gain access to specialised training courses depending on the country.
