Raven Delta (RD) Group, which comprises EFT Consult, RDM Electrical & Mechanical Services, and DRS FM Services, is reinforcing its industry-leading commitment to bridging the skills gap and nurturing the future workforce in the construction and trade industries.
The group has recently enrolled of a diverse cohort of apprentices, ushering in a new era of talent development in the building services industry across the South Wales region.
The most recent apprenticeships offered by RD Group include electrical, mechanical and building services engineering, with all five of its most recent apprentices starting with the company in September 2023.
Two of the apprentices, Ellis Jones and Emre Saglam, have commenced a four-year electrical apprenticeship with the company. Both are pursuing a Level 2 Building Services Engineering course under the guidance of JTL Training.
Additionally, Cameron Hartnoll and Samuel Griffiths have joined the Group as mechanical apprentices. Both Hartnoll and Griffiths have embarked on a four-year Level 3 Building Services Engineering Heating and Ventilation course facilitated by City & Guilds.
Luke Willett also joins the company as a Building Services Engineering Apprentice. As a Junior Building Services Engineer, Willett will spend the classroom element of his apprenticeship at Bridgend College. Over the course of one year, he will undertake an BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment, followed by a two-year apprenticeship pursuing an HNC in Building Services Engineering.
