Two Smart Tech Live events in 2017 – the first event will be in London at the Grand Connaught Rooms on Friday 9 June and the second will be at The Principal York in York on Thursday 15 June.
Held in association with the ECA, the goal of Smart Tech Live is to inform and educate aspirational electrotechnicians about smart, connected, and innovative technologies that will help give their business a competitive edge in an evolving industry.
The seminar programme will identify the opportunities you can take today to ensure your business is ready for tomorrow.
Some of the industry’s most knowledgeable experts will be available throughout the day to explain how you can utilise smart solutions and differentiate your business. Some of the biggest manufacturers, associations, and educators will also be present to guide you through the business opportunities that you can take advantage of straight away.
The programme for both events will provide insight into the future role of smart solutions in the electrical industry. Using feedback from last year’s event, and subsequent surveys of Voltimum’s users, we have tailored the programme to the wants and needs of electrical contractors. The presentations will cover both residential and commercial applications and will focus on key topics that offer relatable and realistic opportunities for contractors today.
Full programme details will be announced closer to the event but it will include several interactive discussions from the Smart Solution’s expert panel. Attendees will also benefit from application-specific presentations from leading manufacturers like Legrand, ABB and Schneider Electric, as well as guidance from technical organisations like CEDIA.
New for this year, the events will open their doors at 8:00am for a series of pre-show CPD accredited seminars from ABB, Schneider Electric, and Legrand. These will run every half hour until 9:30am, so you can catch them all if you want to.
