The employer of the winning apprentice will receive free NICEIC/ELECSA registration for one year.
In this video Tony and Darren explain what you can look forward to in the 2017 Apprentice of the Year Competition sponsored by Scolmore Group.
The competition is split up in three stages. Stage 1 is a multiple choice, 40-question online exam open from November through to December.
Stage 2, taking place from January through to May 2017, is a one and a half hour written exam at different locations around the country, hosted by Tony and Darren.
Stage 3, the Final takes place on Tuesday 6 June 2017. Eight finalists will compete in a day filled with practical assessments, with an evening presentation and prize giving to close the event.

College Prizes
Any college that enters 20 or more apprentices into theΒ competition will receive a Scolmore college pack (switches, sockets, pendants, batten holders, posters and carry boards). In addition the college that the winner attends willΒ receiveΒ Β£1,000 worth of Scolmore products.
