Leading lighting designer and manufacturer unveils two stylish new outdoor luminaires with WiZ Connected technology.
Ansell Lighting has extended its connected lighting range with two brand new luminaires specifically designed for outdoor use.
Incorporating WiZ Connected technology, the two stylish fittings will enable garden and external lighting designers to incorporate smart lighting into their outdoor schemes.
Compatible with Ansellβs OCTO connected lighting service, both fittings are Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled and can be operated using smartphone, remote control, voice control and motion sensors as well as by existing wall switches. They can also be automated and incorporated into timedΒ schedules to fit daily routines and natural daylight levels to save energy costs.
Garda LED WiZ Garden Spotlight
The Garda LED WiZ Connected enabled garden spotlight is a highly robust, versatile smart fitting ideal for luminating a range of outdoor spaces and features. Dual purpose, it is supplied with both a wall mounting bracket and spike for both ground and higher-level installation.
Capable of creating a vast range of ambiences and effects, the Garda incorporates RGB and Tunable White (RGBTW) selectable technology, giving users a choice of 16 million colour settings. Timer settings can also be used to time lighting to welcome users home in the evening, or programmed to automatically illuminate at sunset.
Constructed from a durable polycarbonate material the luminaire is suitable for all outdoor spaces including coastal areas and has an LED lifespan of L80 54,000 hours. It is supplied pre-wired with two metres of rubber insulated cable and comes with Ansellβs three-year warranty.
Reef LED WiZ BI-Directional Wall Light
The Reef LED WiZ Connected enabled outdoor bi-directional wall light is a design driven fitting ideal for illuminating architectural features and creating general ambient illumination.
Easy to install, it benefits from a unique detachable mounting plate which can be easily fixed to the wall before securing the housing with push fit loop-in loop-out terminals.
Constructed from a highly durable polycarbonate material, the robust fitting has been designed to withstand the elements and can be used in all outdoor spaces including coastal locations.
The Reef LED is also tunable between 2700K – 6500K allowing the user to create the perfect ambience for their garden setting and the LED has an impressive lifespan of L70 54,000 hours.
