Before commencing work, a dedicated RCD protected electrical feed, from the consumer unit, suitably rated for the productโ€™s load and electrical safety is needed. There should also be a local electrical isolator fitted. Confirm that the maintained water pressure at the shower inlet will be above 1 bar. A pressure reducing valve is recommended if the water pressure is high or approaches 10bar. A whole house pressure reducing valve, set at typically 3 bar, could benefit other plumbing fittings by making them quieter in operation.
