Easee, the company behind ‘the world’s smartest EV charging robot’, has signed an agreement with the EV charging software company, Jumptech, to deploy its EV chargepoint installation-management platform. Easee is experiencing rapid sales growth and is deploying the Jumptech platform to optimise the installation journey and enable rapid roll out or both its domestic and commercial EV charging robots.
Easee will use the Jumptech platform to effortlessly assign leads to install partners and view the status of live jobs – providing a faster install and frictionless customer experience. The platform also enables Easee to view installers’ historic performance, conversion rates and other key metrics, enabling it to allocate jobs to the best performers and deliver the best possible customer experience.
