NAPIT have maintained their prestigious Investor in Customers (IIC) Gold award for a second year, after surveying all their members this month.
Over the last five years, NAPIT have focused on improving the experience of being a member by participating in the IIC programme. IIC is an independent assessment of excellence in the fields of customer service and customer relationships.
NAPIT continue to work with IIC to ensure that members’ needs are understood and met.
Described by IIC as an achievement of ‘world-class best practice’, retaining the Gold Award highlights NAPIT’s continued commitment to members and the fact that members are recognising this.
